In keeping with our commitment to producing an environmentally responsible Conference, participants are encouraged to use the following ground transportation options:

NYC Airporter

NYC Airporter provides airport transportation in Manhattan to and from JFK and LaGuardia Airports on affordable and dependable shuttle bus service. Please note that both LaGuardia and Kennedy airport transportation DO NOT STOP directly in front of the hotel—they stop approximately one-half block away from 41st Street between Lexington and 3rd Avenues.

From LGA and JFK

NYC Airporter runs every 30 minutes to Grand Central Station. When you land, look for the NYC Airporter’s uniformed sales agents at the desk located in the ground transportation welcome center of every terminal. You may also dial +1 718 777 5111 or Dial 46 from the welcome center phone boards.

NYC Airporter Express Shuttle Buses stop just outside of the baggage pickup area at each LaGuardia and JFK Airport terminal. Travel times will vary depending on the time of day and day of week, as well as, events and activities impacting the traveled routes.

On average, the travel time is 60 minutes from LaGuardia to Manhattan and 90 minutes from JFK to Manhattan.

Taxi Service
  • Taxi service to and from LaGuardia is approximately US$40.
  • Taxi service to and from JFK is approximately US$75.

To LGA and JFK

NYC Airporter runs every 30 minutes from 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. to LaGuardia and JFK. Transportation departs from 41st Street between Lexington and 3rd Avenues, around the corner from Grand Hyatt New York. When catching a flight, always allow extra travel time in the event of traffic. Please bring your web confirmation to a NYC Airporter agent to redeem for a return bus tickets. Agents will direct you the next bus arrival.

From Newark

Olympia Newark Airport Express is Grand Hyatt New York’s preferred transportation vendor. Go to the baggage claim area to board. Fares are US$31 per person round trip and the service stops at 41st Street between Park and Lexington Avenues.

To Newark

Olympia Newark Airport Express leaves at 15 and 45 minutes after the hour, departing from 41st Street between Park and Lexington Avenues.
